Gonna be loading up some 140 ttsx for my 7mm wsm and can't find much load data on it. Does anyone have any good loads or experience with this bullet? Thanks in advance!

I loaded up a few in my Wizzum with 67grs IMR7828ssc. They will do what I plan on using them for. Thats the book max in the Barnes #4 Reloading Manual. You will want ot work up to that.
Jordan Smith also has a load for the 140 TTSX. When speaking to Dober he hinted that RE 17 and RE 25 would be worth looking into.

63gr of RE17 with CCI250 and WW brass gives 3295fps from my 24" barrelled Montucky.

Is the 7WSM sort of a hate/love pop culture rifle looney caliber. I have two of the critters and find the chambering to be easy to load for and accurate and quite effective in the field. My main powder is WW780 for 140-150 bullets.
Beware of thieves, scammers and dishonest members on the "Fire" classifieds. Ya there is a thief here too. Whatever!!
They're all around the CampFire and everywhere.

I always check Barnes load data. Their data seems cutting edge, using the latest powders, periodically updated.
For the 7 WSM, they show 66.0 gr. XMR 3100 as max accuracy load for their 140 gr. bullets at 3,159 fps and 99% load density.
I would try that load for sure, as I've had good results using their recommended accuracy loads.

My load for the 140gr ttsx bullets is 68.5gr of rl-22. Max load, so work up to it. Hopefully get to see how this does on deer over the next few days.

How's the accuracy on those loads? Sometimes one can blow a bullet out the barrel with a bunch of gusto, whereas, accuracy can often be found, a few fps slower. DF

I loaded up the RL17 loads that jordan posted and they shot good! Only got it out to 200 yards but it shot .75" group! Think that will work for my deer load! Look forward to seeing them in action!
