I lost my friend, son and hunting partner yesterday in a tragic car accident. My son Brennan was 22. He and I hunted last Friday and he took a nice 6 point buck with a bow. We dressed it together in the field and skinned and quartered it at home. I did all the butchering but he took some choice cuts to the restaurant that he worked at and he and the owner made hand ground Italian meatballs for me. The last thing we did together before he left in his Suburban was inspect and replace the broadhads on his arrows. He had a girl he wanted to visit at Temple University before she left for Thanksgiving vacation. He almost made it home. His accident was less than 3 miles from our home.
I can't go on anymore for now. I'm living a nightmare but my wife's and my faith is strong.

So sorry for your loss....no parent should have to endure the pain your suffering.
When it comes to choosing friends....I'm at an age where I'd rather have 4 quarters than 100 pennies.
