Now that some of you have had Zen Ray optics for a couple of years, what is your take on how they are holding up long term? I have a pair of the ZRS binoculars, and am mostly pleased. The lense coating seems very soft. I have never scratched any lens coating before, but somehow got one of these. Build quality seems to be holding up fine. Just wondered how everybody else feels about theirs, as they have sort of faded off radar lately.

Have hunted hard with a Zen Ray ED2 for 2 seasons now and they have held up awesome.

No problems on my end after having owned several different pairs and their high end spotter.

...and for what it is worth they will pop back up on the radar as more folks get their hands on the 7x43 ED3s that just started shipping and especially after the Prime HD models hit the shelves.

I either have owned or still own just about everything they have made. What I have is as bright and tight as the day it came out of the box. I can see no problems with how they hold up compared to anything else in their price range.

The 20-60x82 ED 2 Spotter is phenomenal and I'm running the 7x36 and 10x43 ED 2's while waiting for the Prime HD to show up.

My original ED is still holding up solid. Like it very much. I wanted to try their 20-60x82mm ED2 spotting scope.
