The center decoration is a turkey, I just cut them out of the pie dough and put it on top of the crust. This was how I kept track of the special orders!

Dang, that potpie looks great. Wife usually makes cheesy turkey in the crock pot with velveta and cream of mushroom soup. Great for bun sandwhiches.

Hot turkey sandwiches, turkey enchiladas, turkey pot pie, turkey and noodles, turkey and dumplings, simmer the carcass for copious amounts of turkey stock - that's what we usually do with the leftovers (not always all of them the same year). Hard to beat a turkey pot pie, espesially one that looks as good as the one pictured above.
Wife likes cold turkey sandwiches, I avoid them like the plague.

We make turkey salad, chop or pull the turkey and add chopped celery and mayonaise a splash of apple cider vinegar. Let marinate in the 'fridge overnight, serve on rye toast with lettuce for a great sandwich.

Well, Miss Treated, when there's only two of ya chewing on it, a 10# bird can stretch a long way, so this year we could do all of the dishes listed . . .

With my leftover smoked tri-tip I used duck911's chili recipe. Then used my leftover smoked ham in some potato ham soup.
