In the new banner ad for the Mickey stocks, the brown swirl one looks really nice to me. It appears more like a streaked wood stock than a typical swirly.
Does anyone know the actual color pattern and whether it was a special type of swirling?

It might be wood. It might not. Wood can be simulated. The closest we've come is the McWoody pattern, which is 34/33/33 dark brown/brown/black, but it's darker than what the banner shows. I just don't know what the specs on that banner stock are, so ... crapshoot. Just a heads up. I may hafta redo that banner.

That shows an exhibition grade English walnut stock, but the fiberglass version is only plain black. I'm hoping that they can dupe the walnut pattern in a swirly.

Went to there web site looking for the McWoody patterns and did not find any, is it the Marble ones, but nothing in those collors as stated above. Any help here?

Its is a true wood stock that McMillan Firearms is selling with a fiberglass stocks as well. We cannot duplicate that pattern. The closest we can come to wood is the McWoody.

Thanks for the info.
Keep trying--I'd love to have a fiberglass that looked that good!
