The state has plenty of wildlife issues already, these wolves will be the nail in the coffin for big game hunting in the liberal state if they take hold: A Wolf Wanders toward California MtnHtr

I can only think the wolf will be welcomed with grand acclaim! Just think, now the anti's and greenies will have an efficient predator that will reek havoc like in other states and shut down projects because of its "threatened" status. This is a "twofer" for them. A 1000 times more useful than the "spotted owl".
My home is the "sanctuary residence" for my firearms.

Maybe he will run into a greyhound while looking for a mate.

Lying already aren't they. Elk numbers have not been significantly harmed. Data from Idaho, Montana and Wyoming indicate larger herds overall than before the wolf returned. The distribution of some herds has changed, but the states report hunters have equal or greater success harvesting elk.

The anti-hunting crowd always does. L.W.

Tree Hugger.....Hey! What happened to OR7? He just disappeared! Joe Rancher.....Beats me! I didn't see a thing.
Money can't buy you happiness, but it can buy you a hunting license and that's pretty close.

Yep! I agree with Mauser Hunter! Saw quite a few tracks 4th season, my buddy saw 4 having lunch on his elk carcass during archery season, BUT DOW won't admit to having this problem!I guess when I ground check one, it didn't exist! Problem solved!
