Wondering what I am doing wrong....adjusted just like they say, etc etc and it scratches the spine of each blade I sharpen. Read the owners manual, watched the videos...no good...it still scratches. Scratching my head on this one...

Any suggestions?

I have one and I always take that blue painters tape and mask off part of the blade so it won't get scratched up. Other than that the warthog works pretty well. I have never been able to use stones worth a darn.
