Here is one taken last week. 300 Sav BB,4X Weaver w/ post, 150 gr Win PP, 41 gr.H 4895, 100yds, 1 shot behind shoulder with pass through. Sorry for bad pic - camera was in truck. Here is my 2011 bear shot with 99 in 375win and 3 point buck shot with 99E in 243win. Also shot small doe with 99E. Part of bear made into brats already, boxed and frozen until 2012 Savagefest! I got this little fork horn with my bobbed barrel 99EG in .358 Winchester in Schoharie County NY on Dec. 3rd. He was chasing 3 does, and as you can imagine, 16 hooves made a LOT of racket coming in on my tree stand. I also took a spike last weekend with my CVA .50 cal. Well, nobody said it had to be a 99 or a classic Savage, so here's the buck I shot with my Savage Model 11FLNS this fall. It is a .223 Rem. and the buck succumbed to a handloaded 55 grain Speer SP. 99guy, I'm a natural right-hander and right eye dominant but a .22 bullet to the spine many moons ago changed how I shoot. I'm glad some of the firearms companies make a few "wrong-handed" rifles for those of us who shoot from the left shoulder .
