I'm sure the LEO had his reasons for such a take down.
I for one and other LEO I know do not do such things to people for no reason.
At this time, I do not know why he elected such a move to subdue her.

I think Chris Rock said, "If you make the cops come get you they are bringing an azz whooping". Somehow a lot of people don't think they will be the recipient of an azz whoopin'. I got no problem at all about how he took her down. If IA does, they'll make the point following the investigation.

The short clip shows the cop using physical force on the girl. You can determine nothing from it. Neither the cop nor the girl can be determined to be good or bad. I don't infer anything to the girl just because she is a girl,nor moral superiority to the cop.
The clip is nothing but a teaser.
