what if any pointers mite u have if u have one?...lots of bells on it,should i buy anything extra/need to get the most out of it?...took a few pics..but i need to adjust the aspex raito, as the pics are comming out "square"..

They are nice cameras, with nice controls for a point and shoot. I'd run it on Av mode, adjust the aperature as you want to, and bump the iso if you need more shutter speed.

And, you likely don't need a spare battery either. Mine is like the Energizer Bunny.

I really enjoy mine. Like jwill said, run it in av mode. But it is also fun to explore the programmed features.
