Somebody please point me toward the sharpest, nastiest, cheddar cheese that you've ever had. Cabot, Cracker Barrel, and the stuff that they sell off of the wheel around here are lacking.

Where at in Pa?
There's a cheese factory down in Enon Valley just across the border from Ohio that used to have some nasty, stinky sharp cheddar.

I'm all ears, too! I switched to Cambozola (hybrid of Gorgonzola and Camembert) for my sharp, pungent cheese of choice. A glass of good red wine, some Triscuits, and a wedge of Cambozola. Perfect snack! Ed

Sorry I can't help you with a name, but I had some 9 or 10 year aged stuff about 6 months ago that about burned a hole in my mouth. I remember it was from Vermont, but I know that's not much help.
