Anybody use them?I turned my bow down a bit due to some shoulder issues and thought they might give a little better penetration They shot great even though they didn't spin worth a damn when I rolled them on the kitchen counter. What's a good way to straighten them a bit?Thanx

Lots of traditional shooter use them. I have some but like the Wensel Woodsman better. Snuffers have a larger cutting diameter. Both can be sharpened easily. Never straightened them, but have one that needs it.

284,
If they shoot great, shoot 'em. That's what counts in the end.

Have used a bunch in 125 and in 200. I prefer the heavier ones. The lighter ones get damaged easily after shooting through a deer sometimes.
On the wobbly ones-- heat em and pull the insert, reglue with epoxy and a new long insert. Test them for straightness before the glue sets up and re insert if needed. Its a shame that for the cost some come not quite true.
Its one reason I've seen some others happy with the montoc heads. No insert.
Whatever you do-- make sure you shoot EACH one of them into a target before hunting with them. For me that goes with each broadhead regardless because I trust no one.
I have seen the 125s blow through both shoulders of 150 pound whitetails. They come out with bent blades but leave great blood trails.

PS if going lighter and worried about penetration you can always go to 110 or 125 2 blade Zwickeys. They penetrate like no ones business. Even out of minimum poundage youth bows. (read that to say skull penetration on a 150 hog from a 36 pound bow....) They don't cut the same huge holes, the blood trails are sometimes a bit difficult to unravel. And due to less damage the animal may go a bit further. But a fatal hit is still fatal. I hunted many years with only Zwickey and never had a fault from them ever. Including one 40+ yard shot on a forked horn muley that had total complete lengthwise penetration.
