Does anyone know of a good reference book that deals with pre-WWII Walther .22 rifles? I have two such rifles that have both been described as Sportmodell V - but they are radically different in design! Both are single shot bolt actions, but one has a large diameter bolt with a wing safety and the other has a two-diameter bolt with the bolt handle at the extreme rear and no safety at all.
I would like to know what the real model designations are. Any help would be appreciated.
