Do you know what weight bullets you want to shoot? What's the heaviest you'll shoot, that will dictate the best twist?

My Sako 85 Finnlight has a 1-11" twist. I wasn't excited about that but it is accurate enough to suit me with bullet weights down to 150 gr., which produce 5/8" 6 shot groups. I assume Sako uses this twist due to their affinity for heavier weight bullets.
By the way, in case you missed it, Jeremiah was a bullfrog.

Like Brad said, "1-10" does it all". Mine has a 1 in 12 so I'm limited to lighter bullet weights (up to 200 gr's). I'd go 1 in 10 if I had a choice......
I try to stick with the basics, they do so well. Nothing fancy mind you, just plain jane will get it done with style. You want to see an animal drop right now? Shoot him in the ear hole. BSA MAGA
