Retumbo is an "extreme" powder and I saw with my eyes the degradation of powder. I have tried tumbling loaded rounds and in a vibratory tumbler (6+ hours) I can not get the powder to break down like my friends did. I would have to say that my friend had a bad or soft batch of powder, otherwise I am still clueless. T.S.
