Here in Washington Walmarts are now stocking Sig Sauer AR,s in the $800 to $1000 range. Has anyone else spotted these in other states?

Heck the WM in Franklin has reloading supplies too.

That's amazing. They pulled all guns from 90% of the Walmarts in NY about 5 years ago. Then they found out they were losing about $1B a year in gun sales and decided to bring "some" back. To date all I've seen in the 3 or 4 around here are in-line muzzleloaders. I can only imagine the screams if the local Wally Worlds started carrying ARs. LOL

Tampa area of Florida too, just saw them this past weekknd. Must be a sign of the coming apocaplypse!

Bushmasters of all sorts and Colt 6920s for $1097.00 at the Anchorage Walmart.

Here in KY I have seen AR's at some locations...Bushmaster I believe. $800 range.

They have the Sig's, and the Ruger SR-556 here in my area.

Nice to see that walmart is even getting into the Zombie Apocalypse, do you think they will market their own Sams Choice zombie ammo?

Sigs are in Michigan. The woman in charge of the local Walmart sporting goods department said she was so shocked when they came in that she actually checked to make sure that they were supposed to get them.

The Walmart here has also been good about ordering ammo for me on request. I used to stop by from time to time in hopes of finding a cheap box of 270 Win on their shelf and now they'll place an order whatever I ask for and hold it for me until I come in and pick it up! If I didn't know better, I might think they wanted to cater to hunters/shooters.....

We have had Sig's and Bushmasters. We had two Bushmaster LEO carbines and they both sold for $897. I don't think we are getting anymore Bushmasters back. That's OK becuase I think the bottom is going to drop out of the M-4 market. I think it's saturated. The only thing that will bring it back is if Obama get's re-elected.

We also got two Sig Model 400 Hunter's in 5.56/223. Nice Rifles and well worth the $897 asking price. We sold both of them and it appears we will get them back. I hope so. We also have a Model 522 Sig 22 LR. Lots of lookers but we still have it on our rack. It's been there 2 months now. It's $497. kwg

I'm not suprised at all. The black guns are a hot market right now.

Which store?

Most of the Walmarts around here only sell guns that are up to about $350 or so.

Wally doesn't sell guns in Rhode Island! It's been a long time. The two in Massachusetts near me don't carry guns either.
