Also Research the Badlands no questions guarantee. Basically if anything goes wrong ever its either fixed or replaced free of charge.
I bought nearly the same pack a few years ago and thought the plastic part that goes across the back was part of the packaging. It's not. Badlands sent a new one that arrived a few days later.
Same pack a year or so later started to lose stitching on the main back strap. Managed to limp through a day hunt without complete failure and sent the pack in for repair. Badlands repaired the stitching at no cost.
I like the fanny pack so much I'm considering the backpack version.
Edit: I noticed the background in your photo and you are also from Washington. Do you hunt the wheat fields of the Palouse?
