I'm getting a Browning BAR in left hand because I just lost the sight in my right eye. Putting a 3-9 Leupold on it and wondering if anyone else has used these mounts?

I'm about 50-50 between Tally Lwts and DNZ mounts on my killing rifles. They both work great.

My first is on my Rem 660 350 mag. The receiver only has three holes so I wanted a strong but light mount. The DNZ fills the bill. I just put one on my M70 stainless classic.

I really like them for anything with a closed top (Tikka, Edge/Axis, 7600, etc.) or a 3-screw set-up.
I like to keep open actions uncluttered, so I go with a 2-piece (Talley LW) on those.
I also like period-correct mounts and optics, so my old Remington 742 and Savage 99C have Weaver mounts and steel-tubed scopes.

Been using and have Talleys. No complaints but I ordered, and they just arrived, DNZ for a Browning A bolt.

IMO the DNZ's are a bit bulky and add looking. They function fine as do most other mounts.

I've got a DNZ mount on a Tikka in 270win that i'm very happy with. I used to run the Talleys and like them too but I prefer the DNZ after running both. Both worked great for me...Talleys look a little better if that matters to you.
Yeah, well, you know, that's just, like, your opinion, man.

I put one on my new FN Model 70 EW in 300 wsm. I like he strength and so far it seems to be holding zero etc w/o issue. If you go to their web site it looks like they now have some mounts that look like Talley LWs. I have used he Talleys a bunch w/o issue as well. Both are fine products in my ook.
