If you think California is all SF & LA you are sadly mistaken.
I'll continue to stand by my statement.
California ain't the best place in the world to live.........but it sure as hell ain't the worst.

California is a beautiful state from the ocean to the deserts and the mountains to the redwoods.
The only problem is there are too many city dwellers to screw up our conservative rural voters. Most of the people I know live away from cities and are indistinguishable from people that live in other conservative states. I know no one that voted for our current screwed up laughing stock politicians like Pelosi, Boxer, or Jerry Brown. These people were voted in by our city people.
The wolf is being watched by multiple game wardens along with the NFWS. Our state is spending thousands to protect one wolf that would have been dead shortly after crossing the border if it was up to us.

Nice blacktails. In fact, great blacktails. I took one near Eureka in the mid 80's and it went 145 B&C (net). And I agree with you about California, it sure isn't the worst place in the world to live. I also loved hunting Ventura County, for coastal mule deer.

All one has to do is look at the states that voted for Obama, and then we can come back to bitching about Ca. We sure as H ell dont have a lock on liberals and idiots. Every major city in the US is loaded with them.

The concept of cutting and running is a sure ticket to defeat. You cant retreat forever, you need to stand and fight. That's what some of us are doing, and when I hear some little weeny mouthing off about my state, it flat p isses me off.

A whole bunch of states voted for Obama, not just CA, and that speaks to the nation, not just CA.

Go one step further and look county by county

Problem is, there ain't much left for a wolf to eat in this state. Mountain lions got to 'em first.
