I don't know what happened to give you that opinion but I've sent back 2 now and they were as good as leupold as far as fixing them and customer service.
Seems we constantly hear about how Social Security is going to run out of money but we never hear about welfare or food stamps running out of money. What's interesting is the first group WORKED for their money but the other group didn't.

Sorry to hear that. Perhaps you could be a little more precise on what issues you have encountered.
All my dealings with Nikon Corp. over the last two decades, both in Japan, when I lived there in the 90s and more recently here in Canada have been very satisfying. The two Monarch 2x7 scopes I own have served me flawlessly. One of their selling points was Nikon's 25 year warranty. Same said for my binos. And I never had any issues with any other Nikon products, pro cameras or lenses, that were handled less than professionally or courteously by the folks at Nikon.

Big, I am interested as well. If you are having a problem with Nikon Customer Service I would be hapy to try and help you any way I can. I do not work directly for Nikon but when I come across someone like yourself who is having a problem, I'm all in to try and help you out. My e-mail is below. Drop me a note and let's get the issue taken care of for you. Bart bbk940 verizon.net
