I have read all the posts about crappy customer service, from not only Beretta, but a lot of other gun companies.
Well....
I recently bought a Beretta AL391 20 ga "one of a thousand" shotguns. It has FANTASTIC wood and shoots like a dream, but on the first outing the sight bead disappeared into the grass. I called Beretta, got a human that was really nice and helpful, and I had a replacement sight bead in about a week.
While I was on the phone with him, I asked about Tikkas and if they were handled the same way, (because I have a T3, and other Berettas), he assured me if I'd needed Tikka parts they would have been on the way as soon as we ended our phone conversation, just as the sight bead was.
Hat's off to Beretta for good service and hope they continue to do this well. I have too much money invested in Beretta/Tikka guns, and my son has even more, to even think about crappy service.
Way to go Beretta !
