Why are various internet reloading retailers all listing Winchester brass for the .375 H&H as "discontinued" , or unavailable - no backorders, or "not available in 2005"? I can't believe that Winchester would actually discontinue producing cases in this caliber for reloaders.

From a thread over on Accurate Reloading.:

Thank you for contacting us at Winchester Ammunition inquiring about our 375 H&H brass.

Please be advised that this is a seasonal product and is made to order once a year for the distributors that have them on order. However, because we did not get enough orders for the brass, as well as the 375 H&H loaded round, they were not produced this year. The earliest you would see it would be next year, provided we receive enough orders to warrant production.

Thank you for your interest in our products.

Jorge and I found some W-W .375 brass over at Lock, Stock and Barrel. http://www.lockstock.com/ I don't know how long their inventory will last. We both ordered 500 cases so we've have enough to last us a while.

MidwayUSA has 375 H&H inventory. They show several different brands of them...

No great loss if it was discontinued. My Winchester brass in 375H&H is the worst stuff I've ever used, lots of split necks on around the 2nd to 3rd firing. Doesn't happen with the Rem or PMC brass.
Cheers...
