I'm ideally looking for a Remington 700 Sendero SF or a Weatherby Accumark, or similar heavy barrel rifle. I will give first consideration to a 7mm Rem Mag, but will consider other similar calibers... no ultra mags. I don't need a pristine new in the box rifle, but don't want something that's been abused either.

I prefer a stainless action and barrel, but not 100% necessary
I'd also ideally like a synthetic stock
I'll consider rifles both with and without scopes, but prefer without
