what features or time frame warrent having a 99 lettered and who does it,does anyone happen to have the name and address as well as cost ?

Collectors here will give you solid info about a 99. Letters are cool for the info and official history from original factory ledgers.

I'm pretty sure John and his wife said they were building a new home at that time when we were at the feast on Sept 10 2011. It might pay to check it out.
