Up for sale is HS Precision Short Action Stock, taken off from Remington 700 PSS .308.

It has aluminum chassis bedding block system (doesn't show in the pictures because it covered by the black paint), standard BDL inlet.

Stock has been bedded & repainted to black as seen in the pictures.

This is a great upgrade from those Hogue stock that comes with some of Remington 700s.

This sale is for stock only, no other accessories will be included.

$225 shipped (Price is firm & No Trades).

I'll take USPS MO or Paypal (as a "gift").

Stock is also listed on another places/forums.

Is this one of the older PSS stocks where the aluminum bedding block only goes to the front of the action or is it one of the later model where the aluminum bedding block goes all the way thru the forearm and the sling studs mount in it?

Hi Tom,

To be honest with you I don't know if there are two kinds of this stock, but this one also has 2 studs. Is there anyway I could check?

I had one of the older ones and if you apply to much pressure to the front sling studs you can pull them right out of the stock or at least you will crack the fiberglass shell. H-S was nice enough to replace that one.

Turn one of the front studs out, you should be able to tell if it's in metal or just the stock material.
