I'm not a fan of the Trump thing by any means, but Camping World has dropped their sponsorship of The Apprentice for Trumps sons LEGAL hunting in Africa. If you are a Facebooker, check out CW's page and voice your displeasure.

Here is the CEO's email: mlemoniscampingworld.com

Take a minute and let him know what you think.

He is claiming that the hunting was for an "endangered species".

I've also sent the emails to Marcus and got the stock reply. I've also made a few comments on their FB page. I also understand that Camping World sponsors a NASCAR team. Is anyone here big NASCAR fans? I don't know which forums are the best or most popular, but it would be great to spread this word on those forums as well. I have to believe that many, many NASCAR fans are hunters and outdoorsmen. and women.

I've never bought anything from them so I can't boycott them, but it sure is dumb to offend one of the largest groups that buys camping gear.

Gonna write a letter. We're in the market for an RV and was looking at a few models at CW. I've been hunting in Africa a few times, too. Probably just get the form letter in response, but worth a shot.

They are the sponsor of the NASCAR Truck Division.
NASCAR CAMPING WORLD TRUCK SERIES, just like Sprint is the sponsor of what once was Winston Cup.

I am on it, emails, FB posts, and publishing links for others to go for it.

but, number 1 is, if there is a Camping world near you, go there and find a manager and tell them how you feal. If you do it in front of others that would be helpful too.

Yep, thats the game I've been playing since yesterday. They have deleted half of mine and many other pro hunting FB posts, but left some. I'm putting it everywhere I can think of. Wish I knew the good NASCAR type forums to put it up on also.

Actually recieved a reply from Marcus Lemonis....he started out by telling me it wasn't about hunting and such and then he "pasted" the official reply I'm sure he was told to send out.

Sent him a reply....we'll see if he answers.....told him good luck with his new career choices in the future.

Just had another reply from Marcus Lemonis. He just doesn't get it. I tried to explain to him that hunting Elephants is not hunting "endangered species" and he keeps implying that it is. He is apparently swallowing all the crap the IAWF is spewing......

I told him good luck with his future career choices and he told me he doesn't think he needs luck!

The people I emailed turned it into an anti-FOX news diatribe. i think we have found true hunting haters at Camping World.
