Just wanted to take a moment to brag on Susan at Travel With Guns. She was the most courteous and helpful person to deal with and did a fantastic job on getting my 2 rifles and 1 pistol transported to Africa. I am an expat living and working in Africa and it can be a pain to transport firearms, especially pistols as the airlines nowdays don't like to transport them. Some of the best $$ I've spent, well worth the piece of mind.

In my limited experiance, any time you travel to Africa it pays to have someone looking out for you. Yes, you can stand outside the SAP office in Joburg, balancing a clipboard on your knee while you fill out the paperwork. Or, you can spend the money to have someone else whisk you through. Frankly, I'm so jet lagged and just plain pooped out by the time we arrive that I consider it money well spent.

We used Susan and Steve Turner at Travel with Guns, last summer for our safari to Zimbabwe. They were absolutely great to work with, and I would use them again, if going back to Africa.

We are just wrapping up the plans for our trip for June to Zimbabwe, Botswana and South Africa via Steve and Susan and could not be more pleased.

Used Steve and Susan for my Zim trip last fall, exceptional service. They have a lifelong customer in me! P.S. I found out about them on another safari website where they also had rave reviews.
