Just put a deposit down on the Montana 325WSM and I'd like some thoughts on mounts for this particular rifle as I've never owned a Kimber.
I'm leaning towards Talley lightweights (I've got several sets on other rifles) but I'm open to suggestions. The scope will most likely be a Viper 3-9x.

IMO you're looking in the right direction.

I installed x-lows on my .325, but I am using a 2.5-8 VX3.
This is a shooting forum, there is no place here for logic.

Will 84m bases fit a WSM action? I don't believe so. That's why they make them for the 8400...
