Wtf? I'm not ashamed to say the man was my friend, at least in the internet sense. I didn't know him face to face. What happened? I'd wondered why he wasn't around here. He seemed to have plans for the future. Prayers sent to his family.

I'm grateful this wasn't posted yesterday. Regardless of any history,it's sad news. I feel badly for his wife and kids.

The stress involved in some occupations don't promote longevity. Man you got that right. I sure am looking very deep inside of what my chosen field is doing to me. Changes are forthcoming. God rest this gentleman from TN with whom I had become to know a little through out mutual geographies. Spiritual healing thoughts go out to his family. David

He seemed like a good guy who stood by his convictions and that carries a fair amount of weight with me. He was a serviceman and an LEO and appeared to serve both stations well. RIP, sir.
