Winchester used to sell either 100 or 110 grain bullets for 32-20. Can't remember if they were .310 or .311. Don't know if they still sell them as components or not. Been long enough that they're just a dim vague memory.

Berry's Mfg has a 110 grain plated round nose bullet sized .311. A box of 250 is $37.07. berrysmfg.com

Look for 32 cal. pistol bullets. They run between .310 and .313 from various suppliers, and come in a flat or round nose configuration, around 115 grain or so. Try Dardas bullets, or carolina cast bullets, and missouri bullets.

Beartooth Bullits http://www.beartoothbullets.com/bulletselect/index.htm115 flatnose, a drop down menu allows chosing .310, .311, .312, .313, or .314. they allow smaller packs for trial purposes (105 bullits).
