I have used a Marmot Helium quite a bit and it was a nice bag. True to temp rating for me, a little snug and the zipper was a little short for my liking. I think they may have lengthened the zipper.

I like my Helium too. I'd agree with Ed but IMO these are minor issues.

I like my Helium Membrane. Extremely compact stuff size saves room in my pack. I'm a big guy and it is just big enough at the shoulders for me (long size).

I also have a Helium/long. Great bag and light, as well.

Love my Helium. Throw in a vapor barrier liner from Integral Designs, a Bivanorak from Hillegurg and you are good to go.
It's supposed to be hard. If it wasn't, everyone would do it. The hard...is what makes it great. Reviews are only as good as the crowd reviewing them. Progressive Liberalism is the philosophy of Western suicide.

My girlfriend and I love our helium eq bags. They stuff up very small and are fairly water resistant as evidenced by a recent outing.

I've used a Marmot Helium 15 degree down bag since 2008. Light, compressible, very warm but don't let that down get damp inside a bivy sack or a non-ventilated tent, burrrrrrrr! It's help up pretty good but I have had to patch/seam seal a few rips in the shell material as its pretty light.
God Bless America!
