I am looking to sell/trade this safe queen. This is a Weatherby Mark V Super Varmintmaster in .223, I bought it new in 2008 and have only run 140ish rounds down the pipe. This gun is a 1 hole puncher with hand loads and 1/2 inch gun with just about every other ammo I have put through it. It has 2 blemishes on the stalk, 1 is a 1 1/2x1/2inch piece of paint missing along the left side of the barrel. That one was their when I bought it, it was the last one left and the show room gun. The other is on the left side right at the recoil pad, that one I did, It is just sanded a little bit. I got spray on foam on the recoil pad from another project It also has a slight mark on the bolt handle from rubbing against my M-4 in the safe. I just want to be straight and up front with everyone. These are no longer made and I have yet to see one for under $1200, and they ran $1250.00 new. So I am going to ask $1000.00 firm which I thank is fair given the blems on the stalk.
