I say again

You haven't enjoyed the full potential of potato chips until you've eaten fresh ones.

I used to buy huge boxes (about a bushel at a time) from the old potato-chip factory in Missoula before Lay's bought it and shut it down to eliminate the competition.

Then every night before my stroke destroyed my ability to swallow, I used to slice #1 potatoes as thin as I could get 'em with a big Salad-Shooter and deep-fry 'em in a huge stainless stock pot full of peanut oil.

FRESH potato chips in peanut oil and FRESH popcorn in coconut oil every night! No king ever et better!

Peanut oil for quantity, economy, and repeated reuse (and other benefits).

Coconut oil for that incomparable old "movie-theater" flavor (and other benefits).

"Good enough" isn't.

Always take your responsibilities seriously but never yourself.

Kettle chips -- Maui Onion!!

I won't be wronged. I won't be insulted. I won't be laid a-hand on. I don't do these things to other people, and I require the same from them.
