It's a Rem 700 .338 RUM SS,trigger job, painkiller muzzle break, leupy rings, dressed in a choice of stocks elec. blue thumbhole from stockys or the CDL stock it came in. I have TONS!!! of realoading stuff,100 rds new brass,300+bullets some of everything from 180 BT to 300 gr SMKs(I shot the 225gr accu-bonds),dies. I have taken one elk with it just shy of 1000 yds in 3yrs of owning it and have only hunted(horse back) one week. With the Zeiss Rapid z-plex 1000,the very bottom dot in the scope it's dead on at 1169 yds. I geuss I don't know what to ask for it is a grand to high? scope stays with me. Is there any intrest? Pic is bad but thats what I have right now.Ask as many questions you want round count is under 200. Oh I have about 60+ rounds loaded for it to. If someone is serious I will get everything together this weekend and take pic's Thanks BBJ
Here is the original post and what I paid for it befor the trigger job, stock and new muzzle break. I hav ethe original muzzle break and thread cap also. BBJ
$1000 would be fair if the buyer wants all of the reloading gear too. Figure the gun is around $700, $200 for muzzle brake, and the brass alone is about $.80 a piece. You would probably be better off to sell the reloading gear separately rather than make it a package deal as the gun would probably sell pretty fast for around $900.
I paid about $600 (before Hill Country accurizing and muzzle brake) for my stainless .338RUM model 700 with grey laminate stock about 5 years ago. They've gone up in price since then.
