To me the Ack thing means that ones been listening to Dogzapper is is one of his disicples, one wants another 150 fps or so and that can't stand trimming. Trimming's the one that pretty well put me over the edge and into the Ack camp. Still hoping Steelhead and Boxer chime in. Between Archie and Ingwe I'm thinking maybe a 9'er aint too bad. Sportsmans here usually has good deals on the Rem SPS Stainless. Perhaps have the barrel chopped to 21" when i have it AI'd--put a Timney in and a better stock and go. Ingwe had a good point--I could still shoot 75's but my .308 will handle any 'heavy' lifting.
