CZ does and they're pretty darn nice but the safety is goofy backwards. There are other new lefty .22s out there too but if you're looking for a high quality LH .22 look for a used Kimber of Oregon M82. These are sweet lefty rifles.

Savage makes two LH models in their Mark II series.
They simply don't compete with the CZ or the Kimber though.

thanks guys..its not for me its for the old rancher i hunt sage rats on. he is in his 80s and is loosing sight in his right eye and need to learn to shoot left handed. i am going to just give him the rifle if i can find one. the savage or cz might work out for him..if i bought him a kimber he would never leave the house with it.

The CZ 452 is a sweet classic .22 made out of steel and wood and would be far better choice than the Savage.

Anshutz also makes them. The sample I have in sporter weight drives tacks at 50 yards.

Browning T-bolt in LH, too.
The CZ hit the sweet spot of form and function for me.

FWIW, the CZ 452 is heavily represented at our .22 silhouette matches, both 100 and 200 yards. Those fellows wouldn't buy them if they didn't have the accuracy and "shootability" - trigger, stock fit, etc. - to be winners. Of course these are all right hand rifles but I'm assuming the left hand ones are equal except for the bolt handle being on the right, uh, I mean the proper side.
Gunnery, gunnery, gunnery. Hit the target, all else is twaddle!
