OFF THE MARKET...but thanks for looking

Gentleman, I've not been on the forum for awhile and am currently residing in a real weird place where I have the chance to buy something I really really want but need to generate some ready cash to get it.

Here's the deal....and I'm dying as I type this:

This is a Rem 700 Classic Deluxe that I bought back in 2008 or thereabouts and let sit for a couple of years in my safe. I then bought a McMillan stock swirled with 25% black/25% light gray/50% Dark Blue with machined in pillars, 13.5" length of pull, 2 blued carry studs, and 1" decel pad.

I worked up a load that printed inside an inch when I was steady on sand bags with 56.5 gr of RL-15, and 250gr Hornady SP. And this with the typical creepy hard Remington trigger which I've not adjusted. But I recommend that the new owner get it adjusted as that will be the icing on the cake.

This action is not broken in and has all of 20 rounds down the tube. I took a nice blackbuck and axis doe with it out in west texas in 2011 which was not a good test of the limits of this rig very obviously as evidenced by the carnage.

The scope is a new, as in previously unused, matte Leupold 6x42 VX-III with Remington mounts at a height that creates less than 1/8" separation from the barrel.

My intent for building this was to be the ultimate old school cartridge for exterminating BIG feral hogs in South Texas. I've no doubt it will serve that purpose and almost anything else you can conceive in North America and elsewhere.
