I just happen to have one of them also.
George Orwell was a Prophet, not a novelist. Read 1984 and then look around you!

. I have been known to stick this in my pocket occasionally, but normally it's a 1911 or XD45 Compact.

Yep, and one of these days my Son will have it. And not to infringe on Family matters or induce suggestion, but I happen to know a certain Oklahoma cowman that would be Supremely Honored if Your Son were to wind up with a shiney chunk of Black Powder belching stainless and walnut from Oklahoma too. Yep, sure wouldn't like to 'catch' said ball!!! Not even with a brand new pig-skin catchers mitt with a quadruple wrapped hand inside. Gunner

Les Baer Commanche Monolith, adjustable Trijicons, 1.5" @ 50yds accuracy guarantee. It's fed it's preferred load of 230gr +p Ranger T's via Wilson 47D's. The only downside is the front sight on the adjustable Trijicons set is .330" tall versus the standard .165" necessitating custom leather to clear it. Leather is the Montana XLT from C5 leather out of Oklahoma. It's a slightly thinner version of the VMII with a bit more cant. Both are features I prefer. The fit and retention is absolutely superb. Better pic: Usually have a Smith 642 in the pocket with 130gr gold dots as well. No pic as we have all seen countless of them.
