I got my dad a dozier personal and treated myself to this little razor.

That Dozier Small Game Skinner is the best squirrel knife that I have ever used and I've used a bunch. I went on a quest to find the ultimate and stopped when I got that one. Great knife!

Dozier makes a great blade. For little critters the last few years I've used a Sweetwater Guide Knife and a Semi-Skinner. They're perfect little blades IMHO. I used a Canoe Knife for years but found the handle just a little small when working over a bunch of squirrels.
Every normal man must be tempted, at times, to spit on his hands, hoist the black flag, and begin slitting throats.

Great knife, though not fond of all Finger Grooves I am partial to the way Bob does them.
Congrats!

Nice squirrel knife - don't see those too often. I want a Dozier canoe with stag panels! Spendy, but worth it. I have a canoe with stag handles and it has a great feel in the hand. I like the micarta handled canoe, but stag is something else.

I have a canoe with ironwood handles. I like it.
I recently purchased a K-42 Personal (in CPM154) myself. Been wanting to carry it as an EDC. Carrying a fixed blade takes some getting used to when the only knives you have seriously considered for EDC are folders. We'll see how it goes.
Bob Dozier and his group makes some very good knives that are affordable.
