Hey guys do any of you gentileman have any info on the Oconner tribute M70's? I have asked several dealers and they can't find any. Are they all gone already? Or is tjeor a delayed release?

They were a shotshow special, limited to orders received at the showshow. Don't know how many of the standard grade O'Connor Tributes will be made, but the O'Connor Custom Tribute will be limited to 200. None have made it out the door yet. Suspect there will be some on gunbroker when they are released. I wouldn't expect any before August, at the earliest.

You have to find a dealer who ordered some while at the SHOT show and hasn't sold them, yet. Probably not very likely. But as stated above, once in production there will probably be some for sale on the internet.

Latest word from Winchester is that production of the standard will start around mid-July and sometime in September for the customs. Production will be capped at 950, which will include 500 customs and 450 standards.

Mr O'Connor. Is it true that orders had to be placed at the shot show? Most orders were placed at SHOT. The tribute rifles also were displayed at the NRA meeting in St. Louis, so I am sure quite a few orders were placed there.

never understood the concept of a 'tribute' rifle. I think the concept is that it is a tribute to Jack and would be desirable to some of his fans.
