My question is, why the hell does it take 4 years to get something like this before the courts? It is situations like this that make me refer to the courts as a "legal system" rather than a "justice system".
It makes me burn to think we paid this guy a salary for this length of time when he seems to be obviously guilty.

I fully expected something like this and am sceptical about his upcoming sentence for his perjury in the killing of the Polish immigrant at Vancouver Airport. I will bet that he and the other RCMP members who lied under oath will be, somehow, given a mere token sentence and then some of them will continue as police officers.........
The RCMP officer who kicked that guy in the face in Kelowna, just was let off on another assault charge and he certainly does not seem to show any remorse for his brutal and illegal behaviour. I guess that we ordinary Canucks are just supposed to accept that LEOs and other "justice system" personnel are somehow "special" and not subject to the same laws, etc, as we are........
Some democracy, eh?
