Thanks for the link. Anyone know what barrel length they are using to get 2900fps?

I just got mine a couple weeks back and have been doing some testing. I still have LOTs of testing ahead of me.

My rifle has a 26" 8tw Bartlein on her...

My most accurate load right now is 43gr H4350 .010" off the lands, 140 Berger Hybrids. MV is only around 2810fps, not quite what I was expecting. I start getting light signs of pressure in the low 44s but that brings me right around 2900fps. Accuracy with them loads are .5ish MOA at 100 and 400. Not near as good as my slower load of 43gr.

I did a ladder and worked up to 45gr and that chrono'd at 3044fps. She's too hot though, for my liking anyways. I suspect I have a node up there though, as I shot a 3 shot group; 1 shot 44.4, 1 44.7 and 1 45gr into a .3ish group at 100. I may play around with that more in cooler temps. Barrel/throat wear is a concern of mine, somewhat...

Last night I loaded up a ladder with 4831sc. I suspect it won't get me more velocity than the 4350, but we'll see. Maybe the 26" barrel, 140s and a little slower burning powder will be the ticket? I also noticed the cases are much fuller with the 4831sc. Maybe a compressed load will also be the ticket?

I also have some Rl17 to try out, as well as 130 Hunting VLDs once I get done playing with the 140s. I suspect MV will be pretty good with the 130s.

Like I said, I have a lot of testing ahead of me. Is it worth going with over a 260 Rem? Yet to be determined...

I would not expect alot more than 2800-2850 even in 26" w/140s, and 2950-3k w/130s, my uneducated guess.

I'd be happy w/the 2800 load that has the best accuracy, .5 is nothing to sneeze at, but safety, brass life, and primer pockets would be of interest.

Don't know the bbl length, but you might call the # at the top of the page.

Keep in my mind Grunter - that many wildcats/wildcatters push pressures, and if one simply wants to do that, you can do that w/a standard SAAMI round, but IIRC, there is roughly a 1:4 ratio of speed % increase vs increase % of powder when using an improved round.
