I have an Eagle ranger 8x32 binocular that lost one of the eye relief cups some time ago and the remaining one lost its detents and was pretty useless. This is not my primary glass so it sat around and I finally decided to do something about it and looked up their website and there was a form for repair. I filled it out and sent it back to the mentioned address. Well, within 24 hours of their receiving my package they notified me that the repairs were made and they were returning the binocular. I had them in my hand a couple of days later and they looked brand new. No charge! The interesting thing about all of this is the repair work was done by Vortex Optics. I can only assume that Vortex private labels for Eagle or has a service agreement. At any rate that is superior customer service in my book. Makes me rethink Vortex.

Eagle optics and Vortex are owned by the same person. They are in the same building

nd...probably poor choice of words on my part. I am satisfied with my current scope/binocular situation. However, this experience was so positive that if I were in the market for new glass I would certainly consider Vortex.

Unconditional lifetime warranty. So you could send parts in a bag and they will restore or replace. How does it get any better???

Vortex is good but some of there optics are moving into the serious $$$$ catagory.
