We finally had enough ripe jalapenos to make a batch of jelly. Our secretary at the firehouse makes some awesome jalepeno jelly. Club cracker with Philly cheese topped with her jelly...very good!

Thanks Batchief , the jelly works great with cream cheese and crackers. We try and keep it kinda mild , had lots of requests for more this year .
Waskie thanks , we had an antipasto down in Florida this april , it had a couple pickled peppers that looked like these ( except they were still green ) and they were very good. Hope we got the right ones this year , these got a fair amount of heat to them but also a good flavor.

I love that stuff. I need to learn to make it as I have lots of jalapenos this year!

Wife found 4 oz jars the day after we made this batch .
