I am new around here, but I have been lurking for a long time. I am looking for a Remington mod. 141 in .35 Rem. cal. I would like to find a carbine. I would also consider a .30 cal or .32. It would be great to find one in TX, but I will pay for the shipping and the transfer fees. Thanks

Highly under rated rifles IMHO. Fastest slide- action ever made still to this day, plus they take down. These rifles are worth much more than what they sell for if you ask me. If they tried to manufacture one today, think of what it would cost. The only bad thing about them is their notoriously heavy trigger pulls. They were discontinued because of production costs. Nobody wanted to pay that much for a pump action. If you ask me, they've got it all over the current models. Happy holidays fellas, 2MG

Mine is as follows:
This Remington 141 in 35 Remington is in excellent condition, but it is not original as it has had two (2) holes drilled and tapped in the left side of the receiver to mount a receiver peep sight. It also has had a set of Uncle Mikes QD studs installed, with the front stud being mounted on a band around the magazine tube. Both of these jobs were well done and dont detract for the looks, handling, or usefulness of the rifle.
On a scale of 100, with 100 being NIB/New In Box condition, I would grade this rifle in the low to middle 90% range due to light blue wear on the edges. It does not appear to have had much use and certainly has not seen any hard use. The serial number is 302xx.
I have $425 into it and need $425 plus the actual shipping and insurance. I am getting tired of looking at it.

I saw a .32 and a .30 Rem 141 in the used rack at the Cabelas in Ft. Worth right before Christmas. I don't remember the price, but think they were in the $450 range. One (don't remember which) was in better shape than the other.
