I think you'd be better off to mind your own business. You're just making an azz of yourself.
btw Where was that scope made that you recommended? Not in the Philipines like the brand you suggested. You're a little out of touch. Redfields are made and owned by Leupold in the state of Oregon. Until recently.... You're saying the Redfields are made in the Philippines now? You can prove this?

For those of us that like to hear both sides of the story and not some individuals aimless rants. http://blog.cva.com/the-truth-about-cva-muzzleloaders/

Now there's an unbiased cover-up if there ever was one. Check out these pics.... http://cvaguncases.com/Photographs_Page.htmlBut all this aside their unethical business practices are my main beef.

Oh ok. I only have experience with the Revolutions, and that's what I was recommending. The ones I had were a good bargain for the money.

Pretty disappointing that Leupold had to do this.

Found this on Modern Muzzleloader from June 21st 2012. Bass Pro Shop once sold off a bunch of CVA inlines for $88.00 each. I bought one for myself and one for my son. I bought him a cheap Bass Pro bubble pack scope and I put a mid price range scope on mine. Both would shoot better than any of the top end muzzleloaders I've ever owned. Projectile of choice was T/C Cheap Shots and we used 80 grains of FFF Goex. Those guns killed a lot of deer and he is still using his 15 years later. One ragged hole at 100 yards was common. Omega45, your awesome! This is freagin halarious!!! Your Bullchit get's thicker & thicker SwampFag700! Why don't you join the Oprah Forum...maybe they'll listen to your crap over there.

Funny picture! That cracked me up. We have been having some fun Jonathon. Swampfag700 came out of the closet and admitted his CVA ownership.

As mentioned when confronted with facts all you have is insults. Pathetic little girls...

Pretty disappointing that Leupold had to do this. Why buy a Redfield when you can get an American made Leupold for the same price?

The Revolution is just a VX-1 without the polished tube. I bought mine when they first came out, and only cost $139. At the time the VX-1 was the old one, and not any better than the Redfield.
Now the VX-1 has been improved to the old VX-2, and is a much better deal at $209. While the Redfield jumped in price to $179. I bought the new VX-1 and the new VX-2, and they are better than the old VX-I and VX-II.
I wouldn't buy a Redfield now, but I recommended it to keep in his budget. It's still an ok scope, but not the bargain it used to be.
