Make sure you bed it first cuz they have a really crappy bedding system and the heavy recoil of the 338 makes the action jump all over in the stock. Mine likes IMR 4831 and Barnes TSX 210gr and Speer SPBT 225 gr bullets.

With the Barnes 210gr TSX its 1/2" and with the Speer 225gr its 5/8". Before I had it bedded I was getting 1.5 to 2" groups.

I used R-22 and IMR-4350 with 225 gr Hornady's. Usually sub-MOA.

Go to the nosler manual and look at the 200g AB and IMR4350
Mine likes the mid to high load.

I'm sure your t3 is less finicky than my rugers but I've always gotten great results with 67-70 gr's. of IMR4350 in R-P cases and the Sierra gameking bullet. Sub-moa groups and it DOES put the elk down too, trust me...
I try to stick with the basics, they do so well. Nothing fancy mind you, just plain jane will get it done with style. You want to see an animal drop right now? Shoot him in the ear hole. BSA MAGA

Oh, and the Gamekings don't disintegrate on impact???

bsa1917hunter - thanks for the tip - the Hornady's did ok with 70.0gr of IMR 4350 - the average velocity was 2749fps and I was getting 1.25" groups at 100 yards.
