Light surface rust but it won't effect anything. It is adjustable for two I beam widths, 3 3/8" or 4 3/8". I hung it on the I beam in my basement for the picture shown below. My beam measures 3 3/8". Perfect for the guy pulling engines, working on equipment or hoisting game for processing. $75 shipped lower 48.
