I've never uttered the words "I've lost ____ lbs" because quite frankly, I've never cared and never tried to lose ____ lbs. But, As I stated earlier, I want to be a little lighter and more active in the woods this fall. I want to put some miles on my boots, climb trees etc during deer season like I did in my 30's. (I want to keep up with the boys) 3-1/2 weeks into this, 6 lbs. That doesn't sound like much of an accomplishment to me, but again, I'm new at this. I�ve got the whole month of Oct to hopefully keep it going in the right direction. Something clever here.

I feel about a zillion times better, I don't hurt the morning after a hockey game, and, most importantly, I can wear my dress blues again if I feel the need to dress up for the wife. Remember, nothing tastes as good as a healthy body mass index feels. Especially out in the woods climbing a tree or dragging a deer.
