I realize that lead is generally pretty inert, but I guess I would have to question wearing it as jewelry at least in contact with the skin. The collection of taxes which are not absolutely required, which do not beyond reasonable doubt contribute to public welfare, is only a species of legalized larceny. True, they have stopped to check what they were seeing, but they haven't taken issue with plain bullets when they realize what they are. I certainly wouldn't run them on purpose however. They are intentionally arbitrary when it comes to rules application it seems. Sometimes, the air you 'let in'matters less than the air you 'let out'.
